What we collect. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the quote form: your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry.

Why, and on what basis. We use your enquiry details to respond to you and prepare your quote — in legal terms, this processing is necessary for the steps you've asked us to take before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes. Form submissions are delivered to us by Netlify, our website host, acting as our data processor, and arrive in our email (Google Workspace). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't add you to any marketing lists.

How long we keep it. Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any booking that follows, then routinely deleted.

Fonts. This site's typefaces are served by Bunny Fonts, a privacy-focused service that does not log or store visitor information.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — just email Catering@FeedMyCrew.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
